In February and March, Béla and Chick played 10 duo concerts.
In December 2006, they recorded a duo album entitled 'the Enchantment', which comes out in May on Concord Records.
They will also tour in June and in November of 2007.
The live shows include a lot of improvisation, and the new music they created for the album.
Chick has been a hero for Béla since 1974, when he first heard Chick's recorded version of Spain.
In 1975, hearing Chick's band Return to Forever had a huge impact on Béla and the music he wanted to play on the banjo.
